1.2 The NCL Corporate Services Content excludes some of the images posted on this website. Unless otherwise specified the images are licensed from Dollar Photo Club under their Standard Royalty Free License which allows NCL Corporate Services™ to use, reproduce, modify and/or display the image(s), for any purpose, in any jurisdiction and royalty free.

1.3 The NCL Corporate Services Content further excludes some elements of the WordPress Enfold template designed by Kriesi.at. We acknowledge the work of Kriesi.at and that of NCL designers who made substantial changes to the original template.

2. Content licensing

2.1 Without written permission from NCL Corporate Services, you may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any NCL Corporate Services Content, including trade marks (such as “NCL” and/or “NCL Corporate Services”, name, logo or other trade names appearing on the Site), graphics, service marks and text.

2.2 The software that operates the Site and all digital applications is proprietary software and you may not use it except as expressly allowed under these Terms and under the Terms of Service developed by WordPress. In any dispute relating to the use of the WordPress software, the Terms of Service by WordPress shall prevail.

2.3 The Site contains links and pointers to Internet material and websites maintained by third parties (‘Third-Party Sites’) that may not be owned or controlled by members of the NCL Corporate Services™ online community. NCL Corporate Services has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or other practices of any Third-Party Sites.

3. No warranties of any kind

3.1 NCL Corporate Services makes no warranties of any kind regarding this Site and related services, including, but not limited to, any warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability, confidentiality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitation of liability

4.1 NCL Corporate Services excludes, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability which may arise as a result of the use of this Site, its content or the information on it.

7. General

7.1 If any part of these Terms of Use are found to be void, unlawful or unenforceable then that part will be deemed to be severable from the balance of the Terms and the severed part will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.

7.2 These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between NCL Corporate Services and users of the Site and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
